Not the best quality-one of the rungs has already snapped off, and rack can fall over if weight is not balanced.

Didn’t screw together to be straight Did call customer service and they did offer a full refund if returned or 15 off if we decided to keep. It was usable, just not very straight like a coat rack should be. For being cherry, it is very dark.

It's a really good product. The only bad thing is that it's a bit unstable. You can knock it down quite easily at times. I have put a sweater on it and it has dyed the sweater a little bit. It also looks very pretty. Overall it is a good product.

We bought a house that strangely enough had no coat closet, so when guests arrived we were putting them on one of the guest beds. This coat rack fit perfectly at the door and looks nice, too.

Terrible! Had it for about three days. My husband put his coat on it it fell over and two of the post broke. One split in the other cracked. This should’ve been able to support more than three coats. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

This product was terrible. Cheap wood and poor construction. Would not recommend it.

I bought this during Covid, when I unpacked it I thought it don't look very sturdy but I was wrong I've used it every since and have no regrets it's been a great product. I would buy it again.

Love it as much as my old one!
