Avoid This Sofa – Poor Quality and Terrible Return Policy Do NOT buy this sofa. One of the hinges came loose shortly after purchase, making it unstable and unsafe to use. The seating is extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The only redeeming quality is the color. It’s essentially not functional as a sofa. I strongly urge you to spend an extra 200 on something that’s actually usable and built to last. I regret this purchase and don’t want others to make the same mistake. Important warning The return policy is awful — you can’t return it unless you keep the original box. Once it’s out of the box, you’re likely stuck with it.
