The last piece of our furniture came 1 week early and came in perfect condition. Due to a busy schedule and lack of manpower. We had it delivered to our second floor and had it installed a couple of days later. However, if you device to use an installation service which in this case Angi - the third-party contractor Wayfair uses. From this message, the comment is pointed to Angi Not Wayfair. I thought I needed to write it here to warn whoever read this. Please be aware that the Angi installation person may try to scam you by saying There is an outstanding fee, which is not true. Everything was paid beforehand through Wayfair. He also did not hook all the couch sections together. Wayfair is extremely helpful when we call them to verify the installation fees and services. After some advice and discussion, we got dispute charges from Angi. This is extremely unprofessional how Angi does its business. Hire competent people, not individual scammers. Thanks.
