Higher quality at a good price compared to what you can buy at the local office furniture store. Due to the leather material it should outlast multiple cheaper chairs. The lumbar support and higher back make it much more comfortable for me sitting in it all day daytrading.

Boxed arrived a day later and severely damaged and the actual chair is full of blemishes and discoloration on the metal areas, for an almost 400 chair I’m pretty disappointed. The pictures looked good, not so good in person.

Feels like genuine leather, not top grain, pure hide leather but manufactured pressed laminated leather. It feels thick and well made, though not like thinner cheaper options typically on these chairs. The metal feels like solid stainless steel, not hollow pot metal. It's a well made chair that looks nice. It's not a plush comfy chair, though.The padding is adequate, but it's as comfortable as you would expect with metal arm rests and thinner sleak padding. I don't fault it for that at all since it's not advertised as that. It came completely assembled except for the base and wheels. That is impressive not just because it made it super easy to put together but because it's likely constructed better than what you'd see at big box stores.

The office chair is very nice looking with the chrome accents especially. I have four stars because the first one I ordered broke during assembly, but as usual Wayfair responds perfectly and sends a replacement. The metal piece that attaches to the height adjuster snapped. BUT, this one went together beautifully and works just like you expect it too. It has a decent tilt, the padding is sufficient and the chair feels quite comfortable. I do believe that the first one I ordered was a fluke. This chair is sturdy and I do not expect any issues with it. I would recommend especially if aesthetically pleasing and quality are important to you.
