Deeply disappointed with Wayfair and this vendor. I placed the order then was alerted that the items were back-ordered. I cancelled the items but they were sent anyway. Apparently they weren’t on bank-order and I was incorrectly notified. Now Wayfair expects me to pay return shipping, which is unfair. I cancelled the order right away and purchased another set of products that were available, and not back-ordered, somewhere else. You need to get your acts together and not penalize customers for your mistakes.

Would buy again, It is a little stiff, just so you know. Not a snuggly pillow until you wash it a few times. Very pretty.
