Very easy to put together. Not very sturdy. Locks are not the most secure. There is not any plastic guard on the crease of the egg box to prevent water from entering. The perches are not useful they get knocked over easily and I have removed them. I have 4-6 chickens that use it and they love it. We shall see how it holds up to the winter but it made it well though the Texas heat this summer. For the price I would have preferred better construction. The coop is really nice but light weight. Need to stake into the ground. Our chickens are too young to put in there but are excited for that day. So I had a squirrel problem getting in my garden and this solved all my problems by being able to put everything inside together. We found it easy to assemble with everything included.My opinion to improve would be not zip ties as they rot and i bought metal rebar ties instead.
