Wrong footboard assembly sent with bed. Right now, it's sitting in my son's room, unassembled and waiting on the right part, which the Wayfair Rep, was excellent at handling my request to send the right part, rather than me ship the bed back. The redemption of this poor rating will be if the part shipped to me is the correct part and arrives in a timely matter.

Very unhappy with the bed. Picture on here is very deceiving. The quality is cheap, the color is way off and the headboard is super short unlike the picture. I want to return it but Wayfair is charging a shipping fee to return it. This wasn’t a cheap bed why am I getting charged to return. Very upsetting
