The Gallaway Recliner is offered in hundreds of cover options and features a standard mahogany wood finish although other wood finishes are available at no upcharge. It features a semi-attached back and a high resilient foam seat — high resilient HR foam - a high resilient polyurethane core cut to boxing size and wrapped in a layer of polyester fiber. The fiber-wrapped core is then topped with a channeled envelope generously filled with virgin polyester fibers encased in a down-proof muslin ticking providing a slow release of air for the occupant. Filled with 100% virgin polyester fibers enclosed in a special ticking designed to provide pillow-soft comfort. Motion styles utilize a rigid bar spring unit that evenly distributes the weight load offering unparalleled seating comfort for their reclining chairs. The frame is engineered from the finest multi-ply, laminated hardwood components that are precision machined for an exact fit. Mortise and tenon joints are reinforced with cross-banding to create frames with superior dimensional stability.
