I called them to rectify the mistake and, after another three month wait, received another shipment of the same wrong item. When I called to rectify their first mistake, I sent a picture of the correct item to make sure the mistake would not be repeated. Chair actually arrived as a non-power chair. The leather is really cheap looking, because it has that vinyl shine to it.
