Excellent wedge for my back pain after surgery. Exactly what the physical therapist said I needed without paying through the nose.

This is a great wedge. Its soft and comfy yet supportive. Most importantly its longer than most front to back. I dont have a long torso yet this wedge is the only I have found that is comfortable and long enough. I tried a shorter wedge and it put terrible pressure on my lower back. I returned to the other one. This one is awesome. I use the wedge due to acid reflux and it helps.
