The color is not what it shows on the photo and its a much lighter grey, You cant return it unless you pay $200 return fee.

The couch is absolutely beautiful, really comfortable! Looks great in my bedroom!

Nothing like it looked online. The grey is light not dark. It stated it was 84 inch...It's barely 80 inches. Very disappointed. This couch was $1,000.00. It will cost $140.00 to return.

I will do an update on the review that I wrote less than two years ago. I mentioned that this sofa is strong, but after using it for only six months, the two parts on both sides of the seat is lowered and it became uncomfortable for sitting, but I did not put insurance on it. This is what I would like to say that may benefit any of the customers. who would like to buy it

We love the look of the sofa but after two months there is already a rip When we tried to contact Wayfair I was told that it’s out of the return window and nothing can be done . This couch is used very very rarely as it’s part of a conversation room which is barely used . How After two months of hardly any use a rip can occur is beyond me So disappointed
