Craftsmanship
It adopts the hand-blown glass craftsmanship. Artisans shape the molten glass material using a blowpipe; during the process, amber-gold colorant is incorporated, and unique texture effects are formed through manual stirring and stretching. Finally, the production is completed through processes such as annealing. The melting temperature of the glass is approximately 1300℃-1400℃. After being blown into shape, it needs to undergo an annealing process (slow cooling at about 500℃-600℃) to eliminate internal stress and ensure the stable texture of the glass.
