We ordered 2 and had issues with each of them. - The first one had broken zippers and my husband had to fix those before he could finish assembling. - The second one the left side cushion was sewn on incorrectly. The cushion that should be larger for the couch was sewn onto the back. Therefore when the when the 2 parts of the item were combined they did not match.
