The lift chair worked as advertised. I was easy to assemble by yourself, no need to pay for installation. The only complaint is that the seat cushion is relatively hard, it could use a thicker padding there and on the foot rest. There are seams on the foot rest that are centered where your calves are located. This can cause a little pain due to the lack of cushioning. The massage mechanism is more like a vibration that a true massage. Still it was worth the money for the lift capability.

Chair is very low! Not meant for the older adult. Firm though.

Love this chair put together easy as my 15 year old did it... cant feel the heat a whole lot but the massage has several fucntions you can set to different areaa including lower legs. May by another one

I really love this chair. I have to say, this is my first time purchasing a massage chair from Wayfair, and it can both recline and support an upright position—I absolutely adore its massage functions. My boyfriend loves it too he doesn’t even feel cramped when using it.

I really like the design of the cup holder, so I can become massage without having to come down, especially for me, I will buy another one

This recliner has to be the most comfortable Ive ever bought for the cheapest price, its heating and massage function I really like, I arrive home from work will now recliner rest for a while, he who makes your whole body to get relaxed! And its leather looks expensive and the quality is great too

The padding is shifting on the arms. May return.

It was for my 95 year old father. His old chair was awful. I think it is perfect for his needs. He needs to get it to form to his body and he will love it.

This chair is super cheap! The arm rests are not attached they barely stay in place with Velcro . The “massage” is an annoying vibration and you can also feel the little vibration plates inside when you sit which is not comfortable at all. the recline is nit smooth either. Definitely returned this. Although the return costs 75!! So keep that in mind if you want to take the risk.

Stiff chair bottom padding. back is soft. Doesn't rock and you have to recline if you want your feet up, they aren't seperate.
