Well If You Really Want To Know I’ll Tell You, First Of All I Don’t Think It’s A Good Idea To Have Furniture That Says Handle With Care On The Box (My Recliner) Delivered By Fed-Ex So I Can Watch The 1 Delivery Person Literally Roll The Box Down The Aisle Of The Truck And Rolled Off The End On The Ground With A Thud. I Won’t Know For A Week When The Service Team Arrives To Unbox And Put My Recliner Together Whether It’s Damaged Or Not But I Have To Say Your Delivery For Furniture Sucks.

So far so good! Easy delivery and set up. Chair is comfortable. Nice mellow massage on medium heat and massage setting. Chair fits a 5’7” man nicely. Very comfortable. Love the rocking feature and swiveling feature. We give the chair 5 stars! Good lumbar support too!!

Delivered quick and into garage - easy to put together - Looked like the pictures and very comfortable

This was easy enough to assemble. It took about 5 minutes. And I put it together myself… I’m 62 years old for reference. It’s a nice reclinerswivel rocker. It’s really nice looking. It’s what I call a medium size. I have one that’s much larger. I have a concern about the fabric. I’ve had a full couch and chair with this fabric and they lasted about a year before they started pulling apart at the seams. I hope this one is different. I’ll definitely check back in as time goes. It’s hard to review something like this chair without first hand use.
