The massage feature is just a simple vibration but other than that I’m happy with the purchase. It’s comfortable with different adjustments and works well for my office. I got a pet cover to keep my cat from scratching it.

had chair delivered and broke within one week. Trying to get refund but still waiting.

This arrives with holes at the back of the seat covered instead of being exposed for other parts to be screwed in. The cable was also damaged so the massage feature is not working.

Pretty basic chair.. not the most comfortable (bottom pad wise) so if youre planning on working fulltime in it, I would recommend getting something different

I give this chair 5 stars because it is really a sturdy and comfortable chair. The massage is a little weak, but overall it is a great chair.

This office chair was just what my wife was looking for. It came in please color and had good back support whether it was held upright or reclined. The massage feature of the chair is not very powerful but its nice that it came with it.
