Great chair for elderly uncle. He had great difficulty getting to standing from sitting. Now he does so with ease.

We are very satisfied with the chair. It was fairly easy to assemble, and it is exactly as shown in the site. The delivery was prompt. The FedEx deliverer even brought it inside for us.

This is esthetically a beautiful piece of furniture. It is almost a perfect match with the blended brown leather sofas. It is slightly more compact than my last chair, which gives me more living room space. As a female, I was unable to lift the box into the house myself, but once inside, it was a 5 minute installation. Back clips in, arms clip on, and wires are very obvious black to black, white to white and red to red. The cord length is sufficient if you don’t have your chair right behind an outlet. (Maybe 5 feet length) The massage function is a vibrate on thighs, lower back and upper back. The intensity is adjustable. The motor does work slowly when reclining all the way back, or sitting all the way up. If used for injury assistance, this is preferred. All the way forward for standing assistance, this does a great job. I removed one star because I wanted the heat function to be pretty hot. Like what you would expect in your car. This is just really warm, even all the way cranked up. Second, for such a well made piece of furniture, the remotes are very light weight and feel cheap. This is fine if they maintain durability because you keep them tucked away in the side pocket. I really appreciate the USB charger built in. I have that on my couches, but never my chairs. This looks beautiful, and it’s a good value for the money.
