I been having problems, ever since my order came the two sliver piece is on backwards, customer service do not HELP with anything, it’s been 3 months.. since I had this couch both sides came on backwards, I highly wouldn’t recommend getting this couch save your money! They think 99 would help when it’s not SAVE your money.

Easy assembly & fast delivery!

OBSESSED! Very easy assembly. No toxic smell. Smells like nothing. Fur is so soft creates the illusion of mixed brown tones. Only complaint is the struggle of clipping them together bc I’m assembling alone

so nice bigger than what i expected!

It is a very nice looking couch, my only complaint is that I can not get the end pieces to connect with the center piece. It’s supposed to just slide on and connect but it’s extremely difficult. Other than that no complaints.
