The dresser arrived in damaged packaging and when opened, we found 3 pieces broken. The dresser is not a quality piece of furniture and we chose to return it. My complaint is not with the furniture but with Wayfair resolution manager who halted the return for review and required multiple pictures in order to "offer resolutions" The policy is clear that items can be returned and that shipping charges may be deducted from the refund but this individual fails to communicate or respond to our requests. I am very disappointed in Wayfair and can not recommend this item or this company because of this treatment
