Gretchyn Four-Piece Storage Credenza

I love it lots of storage well-made piece of furniture and so worth the guy coming to put it together!

It was missing a piece. It was not possible to built it. Now they are saying they need 3 days to deliver it and I have all these pieces in my leaving room. Worst customer service ever.

Received this week and signed up for the on site person to put it together. It turned out great - the lady was on time and was efficient and clean with all the packing materials. She did need some help with the connecting the top bridge and my husband was here to help. Nice addition to my new house!

Great piece! Needed two people to assemble. Overall I love it!

I would give this zero stars if I could. The assembly on this item is ridiculous and not recommended for anyone that is not handy or does not have additional tools. The entire base is misaligned so new holes need to be drilled. Additional pieces have needed to be purchased to make this unit work. Absolutely awful! I sure hope we receive a refund!

PERFECT!!!

This was a great disappointment. We purchased the black entertainment wall and were so excited to get it. After the boxes were opened, there were several pieces that were damaged. The material was cheap and poor quality. We did not even continue but immediately contacted Wayfair that we do not want to keep it. Customer service of Wayfair was excellent. They issued a refund without problems. One thing I’ve learned, always look at the product review. It will save yourself a lot of hassle.
