Order left outside . The very first time this has happened. I lived in an apartment building and it’s always brought to my door. It was left outside where anybody walking by could just pick it up. There is satisfied with the product, but the delivery service not very happy with it.

Was disappointed because my first mattress was delivered to the wrong address but Wayfair got it right together sent out another one fedex took over an week to deliver it but it finally came today I’m super happy and thanks Wayfair!!!

The mattress is fine, but the delivery was horrible. FedEx left the box in the rain in the driveway. No instructions window to have it brought it up to the deck. Being the it was close to 70lbs, it sat the till someone came to bring it up the stairs.

Perfect twin mattress. After 24 hours it was almost at full twelve inch depth. It’s a great combination of firmness but plush and comfy for a great sleep. The fabric is breathable and soft to the touch. The handles make moving the mattress so easy.
