Delivery was on time and professional. Package was very well wrapped to prevent damage. Very good quality. We love the headboard!

A little bit heavy but the overall design and build is beautiful

This piece was exactly what I wanted & it is beautiful but was I so disappointed that it came with multiple scratches. To Wayfair, White glove delivery apparently means it comes in a box all the way up until your house where they open it & everyone gets to be surprised that styrofoam scratches rattan. To me white glove service should mean it gets unpacked at a warehouse where they can see the product is damaged. I saw this also in other reviews so buyer beware. Yes I was able to “fix” it with a furniture pen. That’s something I will do for items I thrift not generally for brand new items costing almost $1000. While this is something of a manufacturer packaging issue, Wayfair should be catching these damaged products before reaching the customer if they want to tout their white glove delivery service.

Beautiful but I wish it came with hooks etc to attach it to the wall since it’s free standing so it doesn’t shake

Beautiful! Exactly what I thought it would be.

The bed is beautiful. It had minor scratches on the finish in several places , but the wayfair team helped sort it out and the delivery guys were amazing

This is wicker, not wood. It also too 3 weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, it was damaged. Thumbs down.
