The Fed X driver Literally dropped the 3 boxes at my front door in the rain, during the hurricane! One was totally wet as per the pictures. The other 2 were not that bad. How ever the wet box caused the small white tag that has the #’s of the part were not readable. Some of the parts have nicks on them some broken parts. The new problem no matter how much I tighten it up it keep slipping out when were in bed and it caused the screws that holds the tope of the unit to the wall pulled out! Now we have to put books under the frame of the bed to keep it up. The left side is OK.

I finally got the room done about this piece together. I have to change my review to a 3 star because it was a notate to put together and the directions and the videos are no help! My other issue is the quality is not worth what we paid and be careful cause it scratches easy as you put it together…you also need to make sure you mount to studs in the wall when an prong and you need more than the 4 they provide. Also the picture doesn’t show the screws and you can see them which makes it look even cheaper. I would NOT recommend this one

Very sturdy fits well with my decor

The photos do not show all the exposed hardware when this is finished. The pistons are wayyyy too strong. A mattress barely holds this thing down. It needs to be securely fastened to the wall. Which is to be expected. But the stock locations did not give me a good feeling. If they dont magically line up with your studs then they wont do anything. The shock pistons will rip this thing off the wall when you try to open it. I added strong fasteners to the top where I could get studs. The finished look just doesnt warrant the 3 days of putting this thing together.

Beautiful piece of furniture, front legs seem very week and have already started to bend outwards after 3 uses.. the center boards above the handles also pop out of place after use. On top of that my main complaint is the Guy that was sent to put it together he shows us 2 hours late, complained the entire time, said Angi only pays him for 2 hours of work, I had to argue with them to let him stay longer, it took him 2 days and then he left on the second day without completing the project and just stopped answering my texts. He did a horrible job, scratching up almost every piece, installing boards backwards, busting screw holes and boards, DRILLED INTO MY BASEBOARDS!!! Even though the instructions say to put all four “WALL” Mounts up high…. The cabinet then ripped out of the wall when he put the shocks on and he had to put more holes in the wall because they drywall hooks pulled out.. this was a horrible experience leading to one of the most regrettable purchases I have ever made.. now I’m sure that when I take this apart to move in a few years there’s no hope that it will be able to be put back together… I have contacted Wayfair multiple times and was told to take it up with Angi’s. Then I went on to call Angi’s multiple times, each time with no help and was told they would have a manager call me back… just to never receive a phone call. Overall a horrible experience and a very expensive bed that I am afraid to use because it’s falling apart …

The drawers do not fit perfectly. Contacted Wayfair for help and am in process of fixing this one problem.

this bed is of quality material packed with care not one piece was damaged and delivered free and fast received 1 week after ordering . Also ordered living room set faux leather at an amazing price and free delivery can not wait to get this set

Great bed. Lots of parts, but straight forward directions. Takes some time but easy to assemble.

Got this murphy bed for our guest room/grandsons play room. So glad we got it! Keep it up when all of his toys are out and down when he has sleep overs. Very happy with the purchase and would do it again! Thank you!
