The couch broke shortly after I received it and it’s very uncomfortable. I had it for only about 3 months. I’m very disappointed that I have to get another couch so soon.

We had an issue with the first couch. The leg bracket that you screw leg into was not properly attached to the frame. When we turned the couch upright the leg collapsed. We contacted Wayfair and they replaced the couch and set up pick up for the broken couch. All was handled and done very quickly and at no cost. New couch arrived in 4 days and the old one picked up the next day. The customer service people were very helpful and friendly.
