LOVE this chair! Easy to assemble, so comfy! Exactly what I wanted!❤️

It’s overpriced for the quality. It does NOT stay down in the lie down position. It’s not as comfortable as it looks. You can barely feel the massage and it’s loud when on. Not impressed!

I would like to return it no power left on the feet. Very hard to get out of. 

Bought 2. 1 has arms keep coming off. Very comfy

The footrest did not work and it's very cheaply made. Not a good chair at all. I would not recommend it.

My mistake, I thought I was ordering a power recliner. By the time I found this one, I had looked at SO many my brain was fried‍. This chair is very nice. The installer was very cheerful and proficient. Although I have to manually recline, I like it fine

This rocker/recliner is very comfortable and looks great in my family room. I like that it is firm. The color is exactly as shown on website. I would recommend!

Very nice recliner. It is very comfortable, the color is great and the fabric is soft and has no chemical smell! The massage function is more like a vibration, but for the money it is a good value. The only minor problem is that it is hard to close the reclining mechanism which needs to be pushed hard in order to close!

I love the chair although it came with missing parts. I called customer service and it was resolved right away. I have to wait an extra week to enjoy my chair but im willing to wait. The chair is very comfortable and soft. It reclines, rocks, swivel, massage, and heats, what more could you ask for.
