The furniture is really beautiful, easy to assemble, but the 3 stars were because there was a lot of delay in delivery, and when the item arrived it came with a defective part that didnt allow me to assemble it, so they sent me another one, but it took a long time, apart from that the furniture is exactly like in the photos in the ad, and I love the charm that the fireplace gives to my living room.

Love it! Perfect addition to our living room. Packaged very well and was easily assembled. Pictures do not do this unit justice. LED flames look awesome.

Happy it was delivered on time but the people to set up have rescheduled twice …. We finally put it together ourselves and would like a refund !! Oh and one of the main boards was broken had to fix that ….was so excited and now so disappointed !! The fireplace did work !

Absolutely love this item. Love the versatility that it could be used as 3 separate pieces. We use it all together to anchor our TV wall. Really nice sturdy piece of furniture. The heat it puts out is wonderful when we only need to warm up the room we are in and dont have the furnace on. Our family likes to change the color depending on mood and holidays. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend

Came broken. Wayfair couldn’t replace part. Then they offered to replace unit. I accepted. Then they called to tell me that was against policy and would not send a unit. Absolutely awful customer service.

Missing parts, the logs are missing. What should we do about it? We have to set it up and now there are no logs of fireplace.

This was way more beautiful than the picture. It fit the wall perfectly and compliments all of the other furniture in the Great Room. I am more than pleased with the way in which the order was handled, the updates as to the delivery date, and the product itself. I am definitely a happy Wayfair customer.
