Box arrived in good condition. All pieces present and in good shape. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and it went together easily and in less than 30 minutes. A gift for my mom and she loves it. Substantial without being too heavy. Will be easy for her to put away for winter. It’s sold as outdoor furniture but the instructions say to keep put of sun, don’t get it wet, etc. That was disappointing so I took off one star.

This chair is very sturdy and roomy. The cushions are firm so maybe it’s not a slouchy reading chair but it’s perfect for chatting. I appreciate the straps to hold them in place.

Very nice quality chair. My only dislike is the color of the cushion is more yellow than white. Love that the cushions Velcro in place. I have it on a covered porch and don’t have to worry about cushions flying when it’s windy.

Feels and looks fairly high quality. Pretty easy to assemble. The cushions having velcro to secure themselves to the frame of the chair is a nice touch.

Chair looks great! Cushions are very firm which hopefully means they’ll last quite a while, they lack in softness. Price is amazing and delivery was quick and set up a breeze.

Bought the gray and it didn't match the image, the wood is grooved and not smooth and the seat was cracked. The customer service is making it so slow to get a return
