Delivery was fast, packaged securely. Assembly instructions weren’t an exact match to my chair model, so I got a little confused until I realized that. But, figured it out. Probably took less than an hour to assemble both the chair and stool. I do wish the arm pieces were a click-lock type because they keep slowly pushing itself out. I imagine a client sitting in it and have their arms on or in the inner side of it, it will definitely speed up them popping out. Good chair, though. Good size, feels sturdy and durable for longevity.
