My entire order was screwed up! From selling me a product that was out of stock, to not properly scheduling my delivery, to not offering the promised white glove service, it was a horrible experience. I'm demanding a refund so I can purchase my items elsewhere.

This bed is for my daughter I’ve had trouble with her not wanting to sleep by herself at night so hopefully that’ll change it’s nice for her size and feels comfortable also

It has a very elegant touch to its design and really comes together with the room. It was easy to put together and took less than an hour. I let the mattress breathe for about two days before using. The color is a dark gray but not as dark as charcoal.

Directions are very clear and all the parts were easy to assemble. The mattress unboxed easily after we cut the plastic it aired up and we were able to let it finish airing up on the bed frame. I am so happy when this bed and mattress. It is really nice and look very classy and elegant with the headboard design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. This set is absolutely stunning. We got this for my 7 year old and she cried when she saw her new bed. I built it in 2 hours alone. This bed is very strong and sturdy. My 400 pound husband has layed on this with no issues. The fabric is so soft and smooth. We are thrilled with this bed. The mattress is firm. Which we prefer. Firm mattresses tend to last longer in our opinion. My little one says she feels like she’s sleeping in a hotel.
