I have had the gnome out for a while and it has rained and snowed and I see no chipping on item. It’s just such a cute item to add to your garden I will assure you it will get a lot of stares.

He is so adorable and he stands 16" high, he holds a shovel and a plant basket. I love his facial expression, his colors and especially his little hat. He's just so adorable and you can use him inside or outside. Great Product from Alpine Corporation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gnome is adorable! It's made really well as it has a good weight to it. It's a great size and fits so well into my garden. I love that it comes with a "used" look to it as it makes it look really authentic when placed near my soil and plants. The paint is really good and despite a few showers and thunderstorms we haven't had any issues with the paint chipping/fading. I've received many compliments on this gnome from my guests and they are just in love with him. I definitely plan on picking up more gnomes in the future as I"m just so impressed with this one. Definitely a great addition to any garden.

I have it sitting in my flower bed and my neighbors have commented on it, being so cute. It isn't to heavy and is the perfect height. The colors are gorgeous and the design is fantastic.

Also, the weight is substantial enough that it stands up on its own. I have only had it out for 2 days and have already gotten compliments from the neighbor. I will definitely be buying one or two more from the collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my Alpine Corporation 16"H Indoor/Outdoor Garden Gnome with Shovel and Plant Statue. He is absolutely adorable. He has realistic, nicely detailed, facial features. In his cute little hands, he holds a shovel and a plant. He looks like he was frozen in time while planting his little plant. My gnome has a nice paint job, and there are no defects or chips than I can see. He brings a touch of whimsy to my sun room and also looks great out in my yard, where he'll stay once it's not so muddy. He has a nice weight to him, so I think he'll be hard for the wind to blow over, even during a thunderstorm. He seems pretty weather proof, and appears as though he'll hold up just fine in rain, snow and storms.

The statue has a shovel, along with a plant sack, and looks as if he is ready to garden. It’s weather-resistant, as well as rust-resistant, measuring 16 inches in height. I would certainly recommend this indoor/outdoor accent piece to others.
