Arrived damaged from shipping. Put a ticket in with customer service but was handed off to the manufacturer instead of Wayfair handling it, so now we wait for a few days for any response. The damage was a punched in hole about 3 inches wide on the back board so still decided to put it together since you won’t be able to see that side and we needed it now. The instructions weren’t great and some of the images didn’t really look exactly like the pieces they were supposed to represent so we had to spend some time troubleshooting. Bags were misnumbered with the screws. Got it together though (2 hrs or so) and it looks good but it’s not the sturdiest or thickest material. Hoping that it holds up for awhile. Overall the price was great but not if you’re expecting something really well made because this isn’t. Also very strong chemical type smell from the wood.

We bought the item as an “open item”. It was stated as”like new”. But it arrived late and with multiple pieces damaged. This is for our first family pet. So a little disappointing but I bet if it was new I would have given 5 stars.

To expensive for the item and small, took about 45 minutes to build, the material it’s to cheap its so fragile. Not to happy with the purchase.

This is a lovely hutch, and very spacious. I was needing an indoor hutch for my rabbit. The only thing was I had a little bit of trouble on 2 parts of the instructions. The instructions are not hard to follow, at all. It was just hard to see what direction some pieces are facing in the picture.

My two bunnies love it. Easy for me to keep clean with the slide out trays.

It’s adorable made for one bunny but can separate for two tiny bunnies

A little tough to assemble especially because the pieces didn’t match and front and back were hard to distinguish. It looks great though and my bunny man is so happy!

Overall the rabbit hutch was a great price and very sturdy. The instructions were clear and took about 2.5 hours to build. The hardware included was very solid as well. Would recommend to others.
