Perfect for the guest room!

It's nice that this comes in one piece and you don't have to assemble it. Only taking one star off because the top corner of the chest had a small amount of damage. It's not too noticeable, but something to be aware of.

Drawers are very shallow and only open 12 the way

Love this - very simple but looks great as a set. Only downside is the drawers are not very deep.

Box arrived with some pretty bad punctures, but a lot of reviews said most furniture was double boxed, so we went ahead and opened it. Unfortunately we weren't that lucky and the piece had a lot of damage - looks like it was dropped. Dents, cracks, and a broken miter. Customer service offered us 25% off on a $700 purchase that is essentially unusable cosmetically - said that was maximum discount Wayfair policy would allow. Our other option was to return it for a replacement, but we'd have to repackage the 5-drawer dresser ourselves after it took a half-hour to get it out of the incredibly complicated original packaging and instructions on original box said "Don't use knife to open" so packaging is totally torn up. Bottom line - DO NOT order furniture from Joss & Main - they're just a storefront for Wayfair. The piece was the typical Wayfair poor quality and craftsmanship that can be tolerable, but not with the added damage.

Beautiful dressers. One arrived warped and I was offered a replacement right away. Nice quality and white glove delivery was included, which was super awesome. One thing to keep in mind… check the dimensions, the dresser is not as deep as an old school dresser. It bought it to fit a relatively small space and it works well! I love it!!

Before I even finished unboxing the piece, I found damage. I requested a new one be sent out. They scheduled pickup for the damaged piece. Fed ex showed up and took 2 newly delivered packages off my front porch instead of a dresser. Wayfair says they can’t help with that but can reschedule the pickup. I cancelled since I’m now out 2 packages. I removed the rest of the packaging since I’m now stuck with this dresser and have found 2 more spots of damage. I am normally a huge fan of wayfair and their customer service but this is my first order in a while and I am extremely disappointed in how this has all been handled. I have got a brand new piece of furniture with multiple issues and I’m out money on the packages that have been lost. Not sure I would recommend ordering from here anymore.

I love that they came assembled, and I love the color (true to photo on website). There was one slight crack in the side of one of the dressers, but I was able to put it against the wall so it’s not visible. The drawers are a little stiff, but I’m hoping they loosen as time goes on. Overall a great fit for our room!
