I’m glad the storage area came assembled but it was also cracked and has a large gap at the bottom it’s not from transit you can see where it was glued that way.

We had some difficulty with this order, initially receiving only some of the parts of the bed. After using chat and talking with a nice representative on the phone, we eventually got all of the pieces. We got our bed together tonight. It's sturdy and beautiful. Thank you for making it right. The person on the phone was especially helpful, I should have gotten a name.

This bed fit our room perfectly. We love the height of the bed (we can comfortably sit with our feet on the ground). The headboard is tall, but we liked it. The quality of the wood was great. We really love the footboard that is a very roomy storage bench. Nice quality, easy setup (one person.)We chose the free shipping where they deliver inside your home, for secure delivery and that went smoothly. I scheduled the date and time range (11-1), they notified me and the driver called when they were 30 minutes away. They brought it in our home and set it where we wanted it. Highly recommend this type of shipping and free delivery. Highly recommend this bed! And Im very happy with Wayfair!

Outstanding service my pup took over immediately!!!!!

Well... I can't return it. The finish looks like 1980's speckled paint, cracks in the rails, wibble wobble but it hasn't fallen down yet. Literally the only thing from Wayfair I have been terribly disappointed in.
