I want to love this table. It's a good size for my space/use, looks good enough, and I like the built-in storage. However, the very first time I put one of the leaves down, the particle board cracked at one of the hinges. Once I put it back up it did not align with the pin meant to hold it in place. I guess maybe I'll buy some plywood and keep the hardware? Really disappointed in the material quality on this item.

Perfect for small spaces! Got it to match with the floor and white walls. Small beach house only 500 sq feet means packing a punch with the perfect table! Shelves are nice, love that I can use one or both sides and it folds small and easily put away. Very easy to put together. All of the screws lined up with the hardware, drilled straight and to the correct depth. This made the multiple hinges a breeze to put together. All you will need is a Phillips head screw driver.

Assembly directions were accurate and easy to follow. Assembly was easy too. Stores nicely and opens to provide extra long dining table when placed at the end of our dining table when we have more than two guests for dinner.

A little tricky to put together, but once built, it is a great table! Very versatile and I love the fact that it's so easy to move around the house. I'm currently using it as a desk on my front porch.

I love this. To think it was so inexpensive is crazy. It took me couple hours to put together but was very easy and very clear instructions. Perfect design high quality. I love this. Using it in loft for a game puzzle table.

This dining table is exactly what I was looking for. It’s solid, well-made, and the finish gives it a high-end look. Assembly was easy, and it feels very durable. Great value for the price!

An absolute pain to put together! I wouldn't recommend this project to my worst enemy. The dowel pieces were okay, but the pins were AWFUL. I so thought this would be a relatively simple project but it turned into a multi-week job. Extremely disappointed. I still am not finished with this but remain hopeful that it will come together.
