I was a bit concerned about quality based on other reviews but mine arrived with no issue. I gave it 4 stars b/c I think for the price, the quality is fine...but not great. That said, I am happy with it. It looks like the picture, is sturdy and what I was looking for.

The tray I received the wood was arched and the handle were crashing the wood. I want to return this tray.

Very disappointed in this product. The seams don’t match up. The color is not as described online. Definitely not worth the money. I kept it only because I needed something right away but I will be searching for something different.

Could be gorgeous, but the silver handles do not fit well into the tray. There are odd gaps on both sides. i wanted to give this as a wedding gift, but the flaws are so bad that I cannot. I do not recommend.

I’m not sure where to start. Everything else I have bought from your company has been great, but this tray is, to put it mildly, a piece of junk. Absolutely shoddy workmanship. One piece of the wood on the side next to the handle not even stained, left white. The wood next to the handles crooked, slanting away from the handles. If I saw this tray on special at a local store for, say, 25, I wouldn’t even buy it. I can’t believe I paid you over 150. I have always praised the quality of your goods to my friends, but I can no longer do that. Don’t you have quality control at your company
