Chair material completely cracked under very little use. Both the arms developed huge cracks all over and stuffing can be seen. All the seams also peeled and stuffing showed. This was all before one year of little use at all. Contacted Wayfair at first sign of abnormal peeling and cracking and was told NOTHING they could do for me! It is going to the burn pile.

Hate this! Wasn’t what I thought I ordered. The chair I wanted was oversized rocker recliner . There was an option to get it in power so I clicked the manual option to power not noticing that it took me to this piece of junk! So since I couldn’t return it I decided to give it a fair chance! Pros Color nice Power and usb charger Well padded Can stop at various points Cons Very small. I’m 5ft 5 and average weight and very little seat room and low to floor Tips over easily if you reach for something Uncomfortable after a little while I paid almost $300 more for so much less!

Too small for my husband but would work for a smaller person under 200 lbs

I am 6’2”, 200 and this chair is too small for my heightsize. When reclined my head hangs off the back. The description says it has adjustable headrest, it does not. That being said, it is a very nice, comfortable chair and is perfect for my wife (5 3). She loves her new chair! )

Buyer beware. I purchased in January 1923. And as of March 1925, the leather is starting to split and separate. I’ve done a couple of repairs.. Poor quality for the money. Alexa, turn on the living room light

No cup holder, which we didn’t think would be important, but now it seems hard to do without it.

I have contacted Customer Services and the General Manager of Wayfair regarding products of poor quality, although they do not respond. This chair looks like a great purchase, however, it arrived with a stripped bolt. Unfortunately, wayfair has not responded to my requests to contact the renter of the apartment to rectify purchases. Update: this chair was replaced after the damaged chair was donated. Thanks to Wayfair for standing behind products they sell. Great experience.
