Grattan 72'' Sideboard

Beautiful sideboard, very stylish, sort of mid-century retro style. Well constructed. It is exactly as depicted online. It goes nicely with our dining room table. Delivery service was excellent as well.

I think I may have reviewed this when I first got it and gave it a higher rating because I like the look of it and it seemed well made. Update--I wasnt there when this was put together, so I didnt realize that the criss cross formed by the legs at the floor is not repeated on the underside of the sideboard, meaning the metal pieces simply have a few flat inches screwed into the bottom instead of extending and crossing each other to form a support. As a result, the console (which has nearly nothing on top and nothing crazy heavy inside) is sagging in the middle, which is also causing the doors to have uneven gaps and have to be pushed hard to close. I dont expect this piece to last more than a year or two. UPDATE NUMBER TWO it is sagging worse and creaking and starting to wobble. I was naive when I thought it would last a year or two. Wont make it a year. For nearly a grand, thats unacceptable.

High quality piece. Looks great in my living room. Delivery took a while but well worth it.

The sideboard is very beautiful. However, takes a long time to ship and the white glove delivery is a flop. They have been here twice. The sideboard remains un-assembled on the floor in my home because the delivery agency lost the hardware. I am trying to get it removed from my home which has also proved difficult. It has been one month since initial contact for delivery. Apparently this is a know issue to Wayfair and they just don’t do anything to change their delivery service. Wayfair even has an extremely hard time just to reach the delivery company so they can’t tell me when it can be picked up.

Beautiful. I kept it in my cart for a while. So glad I got it. Don’t hesitate. White glove delivery is amazing too.

It is absolutely beautiful! It is a heavy, solid piece. The detail is far above anything else I’ve seen. I can’t wait to decorate it!

Beautiful piece! Elegant in every way

This piece is gorgeous!! Sadly, it arrived unassembled, though advertised as a “no assembly required” item. Additionally, the doors were not hung level to each other, but the piece is so unique that it gives the sideboard a handmade feel. Wayfair was generous enough to offer a discount worth keeping this substantial mango wood item as is, and I receive compliments whenever someone is in my dining room!
