Bethany Swivel Upholstered Counter Stool with Solid Wood Frame

If I could give zero stars I would. Order these VERY EXPENSIVE AT YOUR RISK. This manufacturer has no concept of shipping with padding. The order for 2 barstools was placed in October 2024. I finally got 2 undamaged barstools by March between the 5 they shipped in 3 SHIPMENTS starting in November. But wait for it! THE TWO BARSTOOLS DON’T MATCH!!! They apparently changed specs in the interim between the 1st and 3rd shipments so one barstool is a medium brown shade and the other is a dark brown. Additionally they decided to add additional routing on the arms of the darker one. I don’t blame Wayfair and their customer service was excellent in trying to resolve this but they need to drop this horrible manufacturer. They literally have no have quality control. I’m done fighting over this but to say I’m not happy is a HUGE understatement. Look at the pics and you be the judge how you’d feel if you had them and if you’re contemplating ordering these barstools.

These barstools look even better in person! Superb quality leather and wood. However, one of the four stools we got has uneven legs as it rocks back and forth. Actually they all do but this one in particular is very noticeable. It is disappointing considering the money we put into them but other than that they are beautiful, rich, and great quality!
