Sturdy, but the seat sits at too much of an angle. Good product, but needs to improve on design very uncomfortable to sit in and to get in and out of. I'm 65 yrs old woman and bought this for my office. Excellent video I was able to put it together my self, but needed help lifting bed to insert seat. Tweek design so seat doesn't sit at such an angle and I would give this a 5 star.
