I have waited for this Butler as has always been back ordered. was so excited when I was notified in stock.. unfortunately arrived with tray not attached and tray has crack. My ring doorbell shows the Courier had literally thrown the box onto my porch. Will contact Customer Service at Wayfair and hopefully get this resolved.
