I only received the seats, did not receive the frames of the chairs

This is the second set Ive bought of these at this point. I tried several other chairs prior to this that just were awful. But these are wonderful! Its not too heavy, but it stands up to some of the bigger men in my family. Theyre perfect!

I bought 3 sets of two chairs. One sew of mounting screws was missing and the holes in the chair seats were not predrilled. The color of the seats was lighter than expected & a different shade.

We got these because of the weight limit. There's some plus size folks in the family and we've bought used wood chairs that just don't seem to hold up. These obviously are metal, but have a classier wooden finished seat. I was concerned these would look to much like "fast food" chairs, but they actually look really nice

After a rough start to the order (it happens) the customer service was AMAZING! First shipment was wrong product and had damage, customer service took care of it and I received the correct order - no cost to me. I absolutely LOVE my new chairs - will definitely go to Wayfair for all my furniture needs!

More commercial restaurant style than residential.

Nicely built. They feel solid when seated on them. I am very pleased with the quality of the chairs.
