Licet Outdoor Stacking Dining Armchairs (Set of 4)

Set of four chairs arrived in a flimsy box which had been damaged and was taped shut. One of the chairs was damaged. I was finally able to request a single chair as a replacement. Replacement chair arrived and the wicker on one leg had been cut and the feet showed wear. Wayfair refunded the cost of 1 of 4 chairs. Given the shipping experience from the manufacturer, I would not recommend.

Can’t say enough about these chairs! Stackable, solid construction, beautiful design and color. One arrived with a slightly damaged chair leg, was immediately replaced with a new chair. I made cushions to fit the seats for increased seating comfort, but honestly they are so comfortable even without the cushions! A lot of bang for the buck!

Met my expectations.

Two chairs were damaged. I cannot get anyone to contact me or give answers to my concerns . There is an oversized box on my porch and I am told the manufacturer will bet back to me within two business days. Not acceptable service

Received these chairs yesterday and my only disappointment is with the color. That is the reason I could only give 4 stars. I ordered the "mocha" option and the picture shows them to be much lighter than they actually are in person. I would swear I was sent the "brown" option. But, according to the description on the chair, it is indeed "mocha". I knew that getting an unexpected color was a risk before I ordered, as there is just no way to know until you actually receive the item. And, I also knew that returning these chairs would probably be cost prohibitive. Based on chairs and prices that I had seen in my local stores, both retail and big box, I decided to take that risk. That being said, I am keeping the chairs because the quality, design and price just can't be beat. I purchased these chairs to go around a small dining table on our back patio. They are sturdy and comfortable. They arrived well packaged and were delivered to my doorstep in less than a week. And, the fact that they stack is another bonus, making them much easier to store in the winter months. I will just use accessories to make the darker chairs blend better into my patio decor. If you really need a lighter colored chair, then this probably won't work for you. But, if the color isn't a huge issue with regards to your design, then I would recommend ordering these chairs.
