Great quality, easy to assemble!

The mattress foundation is metal. It is very easy to assemble. All the parts are labeled with a number. Thus the Number 1 side support goes into teh number 1 cross bar and so on. They even supply teh rubber mallet you use to hammer them into place. Very easy to assemble.

The foundation was easy to put together, the wooden legs are not noticeable or distracting with the MCM furniture/headboard and was able to with stand a little bit of bed jumping to test out the new mattress (before mom put the kabash on that ;).
