lotus fountain with light that make our yard look much more beautiful.

So, this fountain is gorgeous. I love it. However, there is an issue with the packing of the top, the lotus flowers leaves. Wayfair (amazing company that they are) has replaced the initial order twice now and all three had damage. Even so, it is gorgeous and I ended up putting rocks on the leaves that were chipped.

Looks nice but dries out quickly. We have had to fill it daily. Plus the "flowers" don't like to stay put and the fountain spouts clog easily.

First one came damaged and Wayfair sent a replacement out quickly. It’s nice looking but the reservoir is on the small side so it can’t run for long without needing a refill of water.

Very eye catching in my garden

The pump it comes with is not powerful enough. The sound is so quiet, that you cannot hear the water fall which is, of course, the point to having a fountain. My husband went out and got a stronger pump ($59) and installed it. Now we can hear the water fall. That also makes this a $310 fountain.

I was really excited when I ordered this fountain. The fountain actually arrived earlier than expected. No evidence of damage on the outside of that box but unfortunately when I opened the box the top of the fountain was cracked in half. I called customer service and they ordered another one and also said they would have the warehouse double check the fountain so another won't arrive damaged. The other parts were fine probably because they are made more sturdy. It's a good quality and it does really look like stone. If you have an issue with lifting I would have someone else carry the box outside and assemble the fountain near where you going to place it, it's heavy. Just waiting for the new fountain to arrive.
