Really sturdy chairs. Perfect in my dining room!!

We absolutely love these chairs, great quality, easy to assemble. My husband left them natural and put a coat of polyethylene on them to match our existing table. We couldnt be happier!!

Put the chairs together - which wasn't bad. Finished with Early Colonial stain and finished with shellac. Here are the photos

We absolutely love these dining chairs! They are so heavy & sturdy. They're an incredibly solid chair & they are absolutely gorgeous! The chairs came packed so nicely, not a scratch on them. The wide seat is perfect for a person of any size. We stained them in Early American to match our table and I truly couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship of these chairs. If you want some truly solid wood chairs, look no further!

These are attractive chairs that are SOLID! I wanted chairs that were substantial, well made, and that will hold up well over time. These come packed and labeled well, and I put the second one together by myself after watching my husband assemble the first one. So although they require assembly, they are worth it to me. Just ordered a second pair.

Very solid and sturdy chairs. We stained them, but recommend clear coat or painting them instead. The wood isn't very pretty when stained. Overall happy and would recommend the chairs.

I absolutely love Wayfair! This was my first time ordering from Wayfair this past weekend when I purchased my dinning chairs. Not only did they arrive before expected delivery but the way they were packaged was nice. There wasn't a single dent on the box to question the quality of service! Even the added protective material for the chairs inside the box was a nice touch. The quality of materials used to build the chairs is great and it shows. The chairs are HEAVY! And I love that they're unfinished so I was able to stain them to match the dinning table that my husband and I built. They came in pieces but it was a snap putting them together with our drills. I will say that they do come sanded down REALLY well. Our stain almost had a hard time drying because the wood was so smooth. If you're staining don't be surprised if it takes a day or two longer to completely dry. At this time I honestly cannot think of any cons regarding the chairs or Wayfair at all. I have a lot more shopping to do and Wayfair will definitely be my first choice with anything I need for my home. Thanks Wayfair for the wonderful service!

LOVE the chairs! Amazingly simple to put together. Plan to leave natural for now but will eventually paint or stain. Very sturdy and comfortable!

The reviews I read were great, but I'm still often not sure about purchasing items like this online. Wow! What a surprise! The packages arrived in about 3 days and everything was packed very well. There was NOT a scratch or dent or even the slightest damage from transit. They are perfect for our French Country Table and arrived EXACTLY as described. They are substantial, sturdy, and sanded perfectly smooth making them ready to stain or paint. The instructions were great and the chairs were very easy to assemble. The only thing I will add on my own are felt pads to the bottom of the legs to protect my wood floors. I highly recommend these chairs.
