I give the couch 3 stars. Took 2 adults men 3.5 hours to assemble. It comes in 8 large boxes. It is nice looking, cushions clean up easily. Under the cushions is hard to clean dirt and food sticks to the material. Couch is very heavy also low to the floor and hard to clean under it. It uncomfortable to sleep on since cushions and pull outs are not even. The biggest issue is the back cushions are very thin.and makes the couch look cheap. Not worth the 2k that I spent on it.

Bought two of these sectionals in different configurations for a large family room. Assembly was pretty easy except the directions were only found after opening the sixth box. Overall very happy with the sectionals.

Amazing couch! It took longer to unbox then put together. I did it as the picture. If you feel like it’s not comfortable throw some memory foam on it.

**UPDATE** 3 months later we have been using this couch - DO NOT BUY THE POLYESTER VERSION OF THE COUCH!!! I am saving you the headache now trust me! The fabric is starting to pill and I have to use a fabric shaver on the couch every day! I am so not happy with this purchase! Really regretting buying this sectional!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! The couch doesn't line up when the pull outs are out. The couch cushions are extremely firm and the back cushions are already starting to get misshapen which is extremely frustrating. If I had the means I would return it. I'm not happy with it.

I ordered this for our game room and for my son’s friends to sleep on when they stay over. It is comfortable and was simple to assemble.

Amazing purchase, however there is a space when you try to connect them … the material is velvet overall seems to be durable.

I received my order and was very very disappointed at the results. The sofa doesn’t even connect properly and appears to be made cheaply and will not support 300 lbs as stated. The bed doesn’t convert properly leaving major gaps in between spaces..I would not recommend spending this much money for the price I’ve already paid. I will not be using this service again

Sofa is nice, and you can re-arrange it a few different ways. One of the ottoman's had a leg in which the tee nut screw was damaged the leg couldn't screw in, but that is an easy fix. The sofa is pretty firm, but not overly firm so it's a good fit to sit on. When the pop-up bed comes out it does see to lose a slight firmness on the seating part. Overall it works well, but will have to see how long the firmness last as over time most furniture looses some of it's firmness, to the extreme I don't know how much it'll lose though.

The couch is nice, my problem was the fact that we paid 106 for the assembly and the nice man that came to assemble it was told it was a small sofa bed, and was only being paid 20 !!!! to put the whole thing together. Thats absurd He should’ve at least been paid half, we of course tipped him good. but yall need to do better than that.
