The seats on these chairs lack support. They are all sinking to the point they are unusable. The way they are constructed they develop a sag in the seat causing a situation where the wood frame of the seat causes numbness as you are sitting on the frame since the seat covering from the centre of the seat to the frame has stretched which results in sitting on the wood frame causing leg pain from sitting on them. This is causing the chairs to become unusable. We would like you to make this right for us since we bought six of these chairs and they are all doing the same thing,

We love our new chairs - 4.5*s. Extremely well built! The ONLY thing is they are slightly higher on the seat than our regular chairs. The chairs we replaced were 19" (with a squishy seat making them about 18.5") and the new ones are 19.5" (with a firm seat) My wife is 5,6" and with the new chairs her feet wouldn't sit flat on the floor while seated so we took off the plastic feet (saving about a 1/4") and used a thin piece of felt instead. So - if you are short - beware!
