This mattress is excellent for a side sleeper - perfect support and comfort. I would not want to go with a firmer mattress for an average weight side sleeper. There is a 100 day replacement policy to reduce the risk of your purchase. I paired this mattress with a LIKIMIO electric motorized adjustable massaging bed frame, from Wayfair, and it has created a completely new sleeping experience. I could not be happier. This is the future; every bed will be motorized, or you will seriously be missing out. If you try it once - you will never go back without feeling you are missing most of the experience, you could be having. The motorized base takes it to another level. The motorized base unlocks the potential of the Helix mattress. Every time you adjust the bed - you get a new feeling of comfort. This mattress is 14 inches thick and yet you can still feel the massaging motors adding another level of enjoyment. The mattress on its own is excellent - with an iPhone operated motorized base - it is an amazing experience for reading, watching TV and sleeping.

The Sunset Luxe is firmer than expected and I purchased the glaciotex cooling top but I don’t notice any difference from a regular mattress. There were several loose threads on the mattress itself and a hole on the adjustable base. The hefty price does not match what I received.

I really can't because I have not sleeped in my bed since October 2024 due to husband is on Hospice. I sleep on an air mattress for now!

By far the best mattress I've owned and the best I've felt since I can remember. . . The hype is real!!!

I would wake up all throughout the night with immense backpain. We had our previous mattress for about 8 years. I would toss and turn and ended up having to sleep in the guest room for many nights to get any type of decent sleep. Once we changed to Helix I felt the difference immediately on the first night. The mattress was more comfortable and I stopped tossing and turning. I definitely have felt like Ive gotten better sleep which has been a blessing as Im a mom of three!

Love it, perfect soft but not smooshy. Quality build and edge support as good as any bed.

I'm sleeping in a cloud, I thought it maybe would be too soft, but it's actually more firm than expected. I sleep very hot, and this keeps me cool. I'm so happy I upgraded!

Unfortunately, this mattress did not live up to my expectations. While it feels incredibly well-built and constructed, it just did not seem to improve on any sleep quality/comfort from my old mattress (non-helix). Pros - Very durable, quality material, Fast and easy service for a boutique product Cons - Very heavy, not as “plush” as advertised, sleeping hotter than old mattress even with cooling gel add-on. All-in-all, I will be returning this mattress. I really wanted to love it, but perhaps we’re mot made for the sleep quiz approach to purchasing a mattress.

Midnight was too firm and wife still had hip pain we were hoping to relieve from previous mattress. Switching to Sunset resolved the hip pain.

Traded it for something softer but it’s still feels pretty firm.
