Very firm/hard. And when I sit, being 5'2, my feet don't touch the ground. Good thing it reclines. Just arrived so will update my review as I use it more and maybe it will soften up.

Very soft and comfortable. Already owned the matching sofa and this was a perfect complementary piece. Wireless charging is a nice touch

Heavy but very comfortable!

Very comfortable yet firm. It is stain resistant but in case of an accident, it is easy to wipe up. Phone charger takes too long and cell phone gets hot. This is the reason for the 4 stars. I do however recommend.

did not like the phone charger on the right side - it should be on the left side !!!!
