Matte Floater Picture Frame

I love these pictures frames. I’m using them for information sheets in an office. They look much nicer than frames .

It is everything that I expected. Will be ordering more of these

Haven’t actually got it up on the wall yet I think it’ll be great once I do just trying to figure out exactly what picture I want to go in it so that it stands out because it is a floating frame with no border around it, which makes the picture stand out

this was absolutely a mess. the details said overall frame was 24x36. I received 28x40. then I had issues with the return site and had to discuss with a CSR -- when I reordered - the same thing happened.. When I called to return this one, your team did advise that the manufacturer needed to update the details to say - overall final size is 28x40. I would have never ordered such a large picture frame -- my space is only 38 inches wide

Frame is perfect! Also, it was delivered quickly and on time which was important as this was a gift.

The acrylic floater frame was good quality. However, this frame did not come with directions on how to take off the acrylic film or how to hang the frame. I had to watch several videos on Youtube to figure out how to put this frame together.

Received wrong sizes from what I ordered. The sizes I received were more than 4” in both direction larger and those sizes are not even offered on the site. Not acceptable!

The frame is nice. The quality average it's flimsy .It's not a hard acrylic. If you're ordering this, you better order it weeks in advance because it doesn't come when they say.
